To Make The Perfect Infusion
Add 1 tsp of botanicals per cup to boiling water, cover and steep for 5 minutes, sit down somewhere cosy, relax and enjoy.

Chamomile - Matricaria recutita
Actions: Anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, anti-ulcer, calming, diaphoretic, mild sedative, vulnerary.
Indications: Flatulence, bloating, poor digestion, food sensitivities, colic, irritable bowel syndrome, gastritis, peptic ulcers, teething in infants, nervousness, restlessness, anxiety.
Passionflower - Passiflora incarnata
Actions: Anxiolytic, mild sedative, hypnotic, antispasmodic.
Indications: Anxiety, sleep onset &/or maintenance insomnia, restlessness, irritability.
Californian Poppy - Eschscholtzia californica
Actions: Mild sedative, hypnotic, analgesic, anxiolytic.
Indications: Anxiety, insomnia, emotional distress, neuralgia.
Tilia Flowers - Tilia spp.
Actions: Mild sedative, spasmolytic.
Indications: Anxiety, insomnia, tension headache, palpitations.
Skullcap - Scutellaria lateriflora
Actions: Anti-spasmodic, nervine tonic, mild sedative.
Indications: Nervousness, insomnia, anxiety, emotional stress, nervous fatigue, tension headaches.
Blue Cornflowers - Centaurea cyanus
Actions: Astringent, anti-inflammatory, bitter tonic, sedative.
