An alchemical infusion that makes you feel like the universe has aligned, energies are flowing in the right direction and things are just as they are mint to be.

Ingredients

Peppermint, spearmint, rose petals, cat mint and blue cornflowers.

All our blends are made using only certified organic and wildcrafted ingredients. We don't use any artificial colours or flavours.

To Make The Perfect Infusion

Add 1 tsp of botanicals per cup to boiling water, cover and steep for 5 minutes, sit down somewhere cosy, relax and enjoy.

Suitable For

Breastfeeding, caffeine free, dairy free, gluten free, paleo, vegetarian, vegan.

Not suitable during pregnancy.

THERAPEUTICS

Peppermint - Mentha x piperita

Actions: Anti-emetic, anti-microbial, anti-spasmodic on gastrointestinal tract, anti-tussive, carminative, cholagogue, diaphoretic, mild sedative.

Indications: Digestive upsets such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, abdominal cramps, colic, irritable bowel syndrome, crohns disease, diverticulitis, morning sickness, gallstones. Cold & flu symptoms such as mild fever, coughs, blocked nose.

Spearmint - Mentha spicata

Actions: Anti-spasmodic, carminative, mild sedative.

Indications: Digestive issues - dyspepsia, gas, bloating, abdominal cramping. Anxiety, tension headaches, nervousness.

Rose Petals - Rosa centifolia

Actions: Aphrodisiac, anti-bacterial, anti-depressant, anti-spasmodic, astringent, blood tonic, digestive, menstrual cycle regulator, nervine, kidney tonic.

Indications: Weak digestion, anxiety, depression, irregular menstrual cycle, cough, stress.

Cat Mint - Nepeta cataria

Actions: Mild sedative, carminative, anti-spasmodic, stomachic.

Indications: Anxiety, nervousness, restlessness, poor digestion, bloating, flatulence.

Blue Cornflowers - Centaurea cyanus

Actions: Astringent, anti-inflammatory,  bitter tonic.

Indications: Weak digestion, poor liver function, gastritis, endometriosis, menstrual cramps.
